Each business has isolated data, its own business settings, AI personality/instructions, customers, conversations and knowledge base. The software connects with Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and handles incoming messages, webhooks and message events. It uses RAG-based retrieval to generate knowledge-grounded answers from business text, FAQ/Q&A and supported documents. This enables the AI to respond to newly phrased customer questions from relevant stored knowledge rather than relying only on exact FAQ matches.
