Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Important: For contracts on the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium (such as the AI tools, software and source code offered on clAIssified), your right of withdrawal expires early if:
- you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
On clAIssified this works as follows: when you actively click “Confirm handover” for a transaction, you both confirm receipt of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that transaction. The seller is asked to begin the handover only after the buyer has given this consent at checkout.
How This Works With Escrow Refunds
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, clAIssified uses an escrow process. After payment, your money is held by our payment provider and is not released to the seller until you confirm the handover.
- Before you confirm the handover: if the seller does not deliver, or the product materially deviates from the listing, you can open a dispute. While the dispute is open the funds remain held, and a full or partial refund can be issued as part of the resolution.
- After you confirm the handover: you have accepted the digital content. The right of withdrawal has expired (see above) and the escrowed funds are released to the seller. Refunds after this point are at the discretion of clAIssified and are generally only considered in cases such as fraud or an objectively defective delivery.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
