We process personal data depending on how you use the Platform:

• Account data: e-mail address, name and login credentials.
• Profile and listing data: information you provide as a buyer or seller, including listings and messages.
• Transaction data: orders, escrow status, handover and dispute records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and log data when you access the Platform.

We process personal data to:

• provide the Platform, manage accounts and enable transactions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract);
• process payments via Stripe and operate the escrow process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse, and mediate disputes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests);
• comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• send service communications, and — where you have consented — marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Processors and Recipients

We share data with service providers acting as processors on our behalf, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and escrow payouts;
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting;
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery;
• e-mail delivery providers used for transactional messages.

Where processing involves transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
