How to update your name, bio, email, and security settings.

Display name and bio

Go to Dashboard → Personal Info. Your display name is shown to buyers on all your listings. A good bio (2–3 sentences) significantly increases buyer confidence.

Changing your password

Go to Dashboard → Login & Security → Send password reset email. A secure link is sent to your registered email. Links expire after 1 hour.

Changing your email

Email changes are handled manually by our support team for security reasons. Contact support with the subject "Email change request" from your current registered email.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent and removes all your listings (live listings will be taken down) and personal data in accordance with GDPR. To delete, contact support. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Active listings

If you have active listings at the time of deletion, buyers who purchased from you within the last 90 days retain their support entitlement. Our team takes over mediation for any outstanding support requests.
