How to reset your password
Forgot your password or want to change it — here's how.
If you are logged in
Go to Dashboard → Login & Security → click "Send password reset email". A link will be sent to your registered email address.
If you are locked out
Go to the Sign in page and click "Forgot password?" below the form. Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Link not arriving?
Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from noreply@claissified.com. If it's still not there after 5 minutes, try again or contact support.
Link expired
Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security. Request a new one using the same steps.
