What's included in 90-day seller support

Your support window starts at handover — here's what sellers are required to provide.

Every purchase on clAIssified includes 90 days of seller support starting from the moment you confirm the handover. This is a mandatory commitment — not a courtesy.

What sellers must provide

  • Answer questions about how the tool works within 48 hours
  • Help with initial setup issues in your environment
  • Explain any configuration options or customizations
  • Fix bugs that existed before the sale (not bugs introduced by your changes)
  • Provide documentation clarifications

What is NOT included

  • Building new features not included in the original listing
  • Fixing issues caused by your own modifications to the code
  • Ongoing maintenance after 90 days
  • Support for third-party services the tool connects to (e.g. OpenAI API issues)

Seller not responding during support?

If a seller fails to respond to support requests within 5 business days, contact clAIssified support. Repeated non-response can result in the seller's listing being removed and account suspended.

How to escalate

Go to your Order History, find the order, and click "Report support issue". Our team will contact the seller on your behalf within 24 hours.
