What clAIssified guarantees every buyer — and what we do when things go wrong.
Every purchase on clAIssified is covered by our Buyer Protection guarantee. You never pay and lose.
What we guarantee
- Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm delivery
- You will never be forced to pay for something you did not receive
- Every seller must complete the Verified Handover Protocol
- 90-day support from the seller is mandatory, not optional
- Disputes are resolved by our team within 2 business days
How to activate protection
Protection is automatic — it applies to every purchase. You do not need to opt in. Simply do not confirm the handover until you are fully satisfied.
Limits of buyer protection
Buyer protection does not cover:
- Issues arising from your modifications to the purchased tool
- Disputes raised more than 14 days after confirming the handover (without prior contact to support)
- Purchases made outside of clAIssified (e.g. arranging payments directly with a seller)
